2. Educational Nature involving Finance
Vex Juliet provides career development and technical skills education for the financial services sector.
All materials, including simulated trading environments, case studies, and career guidance, are for informational and educational purposes only. Education is focus on "how things work" analytically, not "what to buy" specifically.

3. Third-Party Tools & TradingView
Our curriculum often utilizes external analysis software, most notably TradingView. Vex Juliet is an independent educational provider and is not a subsidiary of TradingView.
Users are responsible for maintaining their own accounts with third-party providers. Any technical issues, data discrepancies, or subscription billing related to TradingView are governed by their respective terms of service. Vex Juliet holds no liability for the performance or uptime of third-party analytical tools used during our training programs.
4. Professional Conduct & Careers
Intellectual Property
Our proprietary course modules, career blueprints, and custom indicators remain the sole property of Vex Juliet. Redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Employment Claims
While we facilitate career development in the financial sector, completion of coursework does not guarantee job placement or ASIC accreditation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Vex Juliet, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or educational content. This includes, without limitation, financial losses incurred while trading, data loss, or professional setbacks.
